BS excuse. Other businesses have updated. And there are other ways to update the business license. Such a BS excuse doesn't cut it.

Customer Alert: Please be advised that due to our new system implementation, we have a significant backlog of corporate filings and business license renewals. Until further notice, we will not accept 24-hour expedite requests. 1-hour and 2-hour expedite requests will remain available for urgent matters. We are working very hard to resolve the backlog and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Absolutely no excuse not to file! GIFA could have easily filed a 1 or 2 hour expedite request.

I called NVSOS and guess what, there are other ways a company can pay to have their business license renewed other than through the SilverFlume site. I was easily able to verify this by simply calling 775-684-5708, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Also, the NVSOS system migration to SilverFlume happened way after GIFA should have renewed. Legit companies don’t wait till their business license goes into default before trying to renew.

Just a matter of time now...
