Why has he not been included in the last 2 prs as a member of the BOD? Every member was listed besides him

Did LFAP not release a pr saying he was appointed to the board of directors?

Is the float still locked? Someone said a group of folks were scaring others to load cheap while tons of shares sit at .03 with no takers hmmmm
