Just saying they are behaving more like a big board company (i.e.; no pump LOI BS). Per IR, from his reply to me earlier this week...
“...we are currently speaking to a number of institutional investors as part of our efforts. As is the case with all institutional investors, they conduct due diligence and that takes time.”
They are marketing to institutional investors, not the OTC trader community.
