They constantly take things off their Website... until I or anyone sees an 8k which by Law a corporation has to submit in a timely manner concerning an Asset change or Material change in the business of a once signed agreement... I don’t care!!! Too much BS has been spread here both Negative and Positive. Show it to me in writing and documented, cause last thing I heard was they had franchisees! Carter007
I don't know how Kaycha would have swindled out of the agreement unless WW and company just doesn't have the money for lawyers to chase it.
I believe they are no longer a franchise but Kaycha may be paying for using EVIO's Intellectual Property (testing methods).
It still is not very much money and won't have a major impact on the business either way.
If nothing else Kaycha is proof that EVIO management is incompetent. Kaycha has more labs then EVIO and started 2 years later. Kaycha is also making ~10M a year in revenue and we are on pace for $4M
Bottom line is this really sucks right now for anyone that bought in as a long.
