I think TRTC will remain an insider enrichment vehicle for a "new crew" at the expense of the retail OTC level "investor".

Same basic plan, just a new name until we know if OneQor is bringing capital and/or assets to the table for the merger.

What do you mean by "perhaps a new name" ? It's a done deal. The new name is OneQor and the new CEO is Matthew Morgan.
