Windy, I tend to agree with you. I came out with the same conclusion. They may have to find infringement by the law but can also award a small royalty to insure the survival of Insmed and the superior drug. This could very well be the compromise by the jury to gain a unanimous verdict. Hope our opinions are correct based on the very limited information we had access to. The survival of Insmed was on at least one jurors mind. We can only hope the strongest willed jurors are on our side. While I do not believe this verdict will be the end of this matter, it will be a nice reprieve and allow news to come out concerning other important matters.
