a r/s will help him attract better investment.

Will it? If it does, would that be a bad thing long term? If any R/S is for purposes of attracting better financing, wouldn't that likely be related to his goal of up listing? I think this is semantics at this point. R/S and dilution, which many have "guaranteed" was his only true intent, is where I struggle. He has shown the ability to secure other financing. Once he ships product and, presumably, is paid for it, he will have set at least an initial valuation. That should create more interest from financiers, prospective partners that might be interested in helping to fund expansion for exclusivity on a certain strain or line, etc.

The first shipments should go out very soon. A valuation can then be established. No reason to R/S to dilute, IMO. Should be plenty of other options. Anyone who argues his only intent is to R/S to dilute is not relying on the facts they claim are so important to them.

For the sake of argument, since we have little else at this point, let's say he does announce a R/S and explains it will be used to fund expansion and secure better financing. What then? This is not a typical penny stock at this point that never really shows any progress but is constantly dumping more shares. Would a R/S announcement, coupled with sales information on the first shipment, other financing it will secure and Phase II or other expansion being initiated, be a bad thing?

Some want so badly to assume every move will be a bad one. I still think there's a chance this works out quite well for all of the longs..
