There is nothing evident that shows that by reducing the float by 5 million that all of the sudden there will be more than 70 million shares worth of buyers piling on LOL. face it. PRED is all lost. It is tainted as a former grey sheet skull and bones caveat emptor. They just need to delist it... get their sh*t together and come back in a couple years. Companies do this all the time. Being as a listed company is not working for PRED at this point.
