I don’t think the story is over here... IMO Chapter 11 is part of a restructuring deal that the buyer demanded as part of a Buyout

What is yet to be known is how common shareholders will make out... I’m in at .17 hoping for a significant OTC bounce. I believe the selloff at EOD today was due to traders/investors who by principle don’t trade OTC stocks. Tomorrow will be rough as well IMO but this will eventually find support and have a 100% - 200% run

OS is only 17.8 mil so this moves fast. As soon as we get some clarity from management this will move north again...

I believe we’ll see the .30s again if not more

It's a fight for shares now. Mgmt. has not said a word yet on this voluntary chapter 11 setup. Shorts covering now imo.
