Okay. So she believes it's a certainty that they'll be allowed to do the R/S and she felt safe enough to go ahead and change the A/S at Nevada SOS rather than wait for it to hit the Daily List. It could be a matter of weeks, but eventually, we'll find out how big the split ratio is.
