Then Mitch can pass the legalization of CBD in Food and Dietary Supplements inside the Agriculture Appropriations Bill

FDA can now move on from the issue of a legal pathway to the issue of figuring out the regulatory picture... we realize that Congress put the FDA in an untenable position, but this legislation removes the final barrier to a national hemp economy including the production, marketing and sale of hemp-derived CBD products, which was our intent when Congress passed The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 last year.”
