I stated in my post that is was my opinion as i ended it with JMO.

"Yep. Haas is a problem. He may not be the CEO, but i am sure he is still making the decisions.Not suppose to be his role, but it seems to me the current CEO is really the day to day operations man in reality and not acting in the role of a CEO. JMO. "
