The SOA, motion is fairly routine, and could be due to something minor or a major dispute between attorney and client. I wouldn't be too alarmed at this point. I'm a bit aggravated the dismissal motion ruling is taking this long. I've personally been thru these myself at the federal level and this is not an extremely complicated matter.
