IMO, PTAB individuals couldn't give two shakes of a lamb's tail what questions or inquiries they get from the defendants or plaintiff. They are, in effect, demigods, who on any given day, can either move things forward or drag things out. Unfortunately, virtue and moral compass has been murdered in our country with prejudice by the current class of our new corporate rulers who blatantly use other's IP like toilet paper.
