That is absolutely CORRECT. A CD holder will need some sort of back door, wink wink, nod nod agreement with a firms back office to deposit current full Alliance Group paper and I don’t see that happening. So much counterfeiting going on with paper on the under belly exchanges, paper certs have become almost impossible to deposit and I’m speaking from experience with another company.
