This happened for all the reasons I stated before namely--

Eddie dusting off old disclosures, changing the dates and passing them off as being "current.". He uploaded TWO conflicting quarterly reports-- one 7 pages and another 11 with entire pages blank. They make no mention of EVAP, Jason Perley or any acquisition. Hell, he doesn't even report changing the corporate name on 9/20/19!!! Finally, both were signed as "EDWARD VAKSER, CEO."

Fyi--OTC actually does read these things. They look for errors, omissions, conflicts and lies. Even though they were filed on time they've apparently been rejected. Eddie's in their cross-hairs.
