They have operated for years without increasing share count. They’ve made several transformative acquisitions without a major capital raise. This management team knows what they are doing and how to navigate the markets. Even if share count is increased, the shares are trading at a fraction of fair value. This should move 10x before it starts to approach a reasonable valuation based on current assets and revenue.
