The only thing that matters is how investors respond to this news. So far investors don't seem to be reacting too positively-you know like share prices going up. Celebration is a wee bit premature. Gotta wait and see what happens in the Senate.

BUT Senator Gardner already threatened once before to hold up judicial appointments unless the Senate moves.
