The last time I checked they were up to date with their filings and is considered a legitimate pink.

Legitimate Pink is nothing more than filing the proper paperwork with OTC Markets. It has nothing to do with the company being a scam. OTC does not distinguish what is a scam and what is not a scam as long as their requirements are met.
