Based on the following 3 month chart, we can see:
Consumer Discr: in a up-trend but try to slow-down
Energy: in a up-trend and just cross the 0 line
Consmr Stapl: continue its down-trend
Health Care: also in its down-trend

However, the interest rate is peaking (I guess) and Industrial Production is Falling
Can one conclude that the market is in between of Full Recovery and Early Recession stage in stort term?

Fed may start to reducing rates in response to the worsening economic data on coming up FOMC meeting on December 12.
Also $USD crashing is benefiting the $GOLD
