No joke. I guess it is easier to make false claims than read what a Form 15-12g means.

Let’s also not forget that most SEC suspensions occur after repeated attempts to contact a company in order to address any potential violations or issues, hence why the main contact for Gifa is a domestically located SEC attorney / official representative (actually employed by Gifa). If there were any issues, Gifa has domestic representation to clear it up quickly. The SEC doesn’t just arbitrarily decide to flip the switch one day.
