The impending provenance (prior to GW's approval with Epidiolex), and now the current "provenance" post-approval is the major reason for the delay in FDA reg (they can't figure out how to come up with a compromise given the oxymoronic/contradictory definitions of a drug and a dietary supplement). The major reason for the drop in sales, as Dowling said, is the intense competition and lack of sophisticated consumers to distinguish between quality products. Anybody, even you, even me, could slap a label on something and state it contains CBD, and it is unlikely we would be stopped. What would stop us? Running out of money. Crumby sales. Tomc and Dowling have stated that companies are literally giving away free product to occupy shelf space. That model only works if the product works and consumers come back for more. If the product doesn't consumers don't buy and eventually they run out of money or interest.
So when I see a photo of Plus CBD and Charlotte's Web: I know they both contain CBD and they are the 2 leaders of the industry.
The fact that you enjoy other people suffering speaks to your small mindedness and mean-spiritness. Get yourself a dog. Find a hobby. Donate time in a food shelter. Our day will come with this stock. It's not running out of money. Even if the SP gets walked down further - and it probably will -the company prospects are the strongest of any CBD companies including C Web. Interim regulations will probable come before the Nasdaq, and when they do, we're off to the races. Add that we should file a Clinical Trial Application in the EU in Q1 for the drug will be very big.
So yeah, I'm suffering. Hope you're happy. But I have my health, a nice house, a great second and final wife, two kids who are successful young adults, so all good here. When the SP gets to where it deserves to be I'll be even happier. Until then, I participate in the sisterhood/brotherhood that is this board. And wish people the best.
