Wow!! What a bunch of clowns... and goulding apparently is the biggest of them all!!! No wonder these POS stocks under his control continue to flounder... OOPS!!! More careless errors and mistakes in the filing... geez, imagine that! He sure knows how to run a tight ship... OOPS!! NOT!! But that’s how SCAMs are run... with reckless abandon!!

These Are The Inconsistencies I've Found:...

1. (Page 4 of 13): As of 09/30/2019, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 978,519,489.

---> (Page 5 of 13): Total shares outstanding: 956,009,396 as of date: 09/30/2019

---> (Under Stockholder's Equity): 970,707,489 shares issued and o/s

---> (Note 3): 970,707,489 of .000001 par value for the nine months ended September 30, 2019.

2. The company says it is "Gold River Productions, Inc.", but then on the notes section calls itself "Gold River Production Services, Inc."
