BioAmber is completely out of business. It's dead. All of its assets that had any value whatsoever were sold off in liquidation. Every employee is gone, including the board and executives. And after the sales of assets and other items, only a small portion of its debt was paid.
BioAmber no longer has anything to do with any company that is still in business despite all the hogwash on tweeterland for the pump and dump. The common stock of this company will be cancelled, and those holding shares will lose 100% of their investment.
