Sir: You are stating things that are libelous. I am advising you to check the OTC MARKET filings dated Sep 30 2019 and filed in Nov. 2019. Those filings will state what we have spent to date on YFTP in the financial notes. Furthermore, the FORM 1 A filing with the SEC for our REG A offering will state that no officer nor director in the past three years have sold any shares whatsoever. In fact it also states that no officer or director has been paid salary in the past three years. Therefore your statements constitute Libel.
As someone who has invested their own money, including lately for our film to be finished and played at AFM; (MYSTIQUE) and which won an award for best trailer, I would advise you to cease and desist from your personal attacks.
If you have a grievance, please call the office phone number, if you have the guts to release your real name, and I will be happy to try to sort that grievance out for you. Since it was my film company that Global took public, I shall be happy to explain what has transpired over the past years.
