This shell has 0 value. The money it owes in back fees and what it would take to get it current exceeds its value. I would give management $1,000 bucks for this shell right now, might come up to $2k if they took my offer right now. Wouldnt pay a dime more, its a sinkhole that needs a lot of money to get it current.
