Good, they need to reserve room for more accretive acquisitions and if their next tier of available friendly financier partners need private placement shares and suggest reducing A/S at a later point in time that will all get taken care of.
Key for now is SGMD proving their gonna be generating fully audited Q over Q explosive revenue growth, which imo is a no brainer from here on out!
But like all PubCo's, they gotta lay out the entire next phase of their growth blueprint for us right glty!
