Thanks for posting. This is very good news to me as an investor. I fully expect Altria to buy Cronos out sooner rather than later. This just gives my opinion more weight.

Every share they buy this cheap is one less they will buy at their offer price

They have warrants at around $14.40. They will have to execute these before making an offer to buy the rest

Altria is a very shareholder friendly company. I expect an offer above their warrant price of $14.40 for all remaining shares. How far above is anyone's guess.

They did give shares to Lord Jones in the acquisition that was primarily cash.=Shares were just under $15.00 if I recall correctly. Im close. Surely they will give a premium to their warrant strike price. $20.00 would be sweet!!!!

From what we understand the $MO $CRON filing is part of their top up provision (re: lord jones deal). Short interest @ ATH makes for sharp moves on little news.
