According to the Wyoming Secretary of State --the ULTIMATE AUTHORITY-- there are are/were TWO AURI's--including the revoked/archived one and the one re-namned by Eddie. Then--

Jason Perley incorporated EVAP INC in June 2019. It has 1 billion shares.

Then on 9/20/2019 Eddie Vakser changed the corporate name of AURI to EVAP TECHNOLOGY INC. THIS is the corporation that is tied to the AURI ticker and that allegedly acquired Jason's EVAP INC. It's also the one that STILL saysthe following under "Public Notes"--

Article V is amended as follows: 2 classes of preferred stock, class A and class K. Class A preferred shares at 100,000 units. Assign 50,000 to CEO Mr. Edward Vakser, par value at $5.00.

Preferred Class K (a Super K voting shares) 10,000 equals to 100% corporate vote.

Assign 8,000 super K voting share to Mr. Edward Vakser equals to 80% of corporate vote. No par value, voting shares only.

THAT IS THE CURRENT LEGAL STATUS OF THIS CORPORATION. DESPITE WHAT EDDIE SAID HE WAS "GONNA DO" IT HASN'T OFFICIALLY HAPPENED AS YET.

Really?? Guess you buy the hype and hope instead of FACTS from the LEGAL SOS in Wyoming where this SHAM is registered.

So send an email to Perley and have him PROVE he's the true owner of the Super K shares by having the Wyoming SOS CHANGE the ownership rights showing HIM as the OWNER,not Eddie Vakser. Until that change happens your dreaming if you think Perley owns those shares.

EV always says he sells out yet magically manages to dump tons of shares and end up with all the shares after the scam has run it's course.
