Contact? It's a mystery to investors unless we know who it is and where it came from. Anyone can write and post that locks and gates belong to them. I'll believe state officials any day of the week, before I believe a completely anonymous post from an unknown source. (And, its..."we plan to take a lock with "US"..."), not "me". Even the grammar is incorrect.
Your contact is not the mine owner! Unless they provide factual evidence and proof, not anonymous words, I'll believe NDEP and FLPC. If ownership has changed hands, the state of Nevada sure doesn't know about it or recognize this mystery guy as the mine owner. (Hint: Mine owner is a she.)
