yep...seamus does not care about otc stop signs. so what he gets a slap on the wrist with late filings, but meanwhile proceeding with his own plans / timing. this is someone who knows the in and out of all rules and can walk the fine line as needed to his benefit.
The only case for the -NT would be for transparency & acting like a competent company to better support the case for future uplisting much further down the road.
