LCY Biotechnology Holdings has absolutely nothing to do with BioAmber. BioAmber is completely out of business. There isn't a single reason why anybody would acquire it and not a shred of truth to this latest fairy tale whatsoever. BioAmber is a pump and dump and nothing more.
