NATHANIEL GURIEN signed the document for voluntary Dissolution - he is the CEO of FINCANN - the company that was supposed to do a JV with GRCU.

Obviously, Gurien did a background check on Costello and read the real DD and understand Costello is a do nothing serial scammer.
