To put on the list of things that never happened with HHSE:

Now I’ve heard from pretty reliable sources that the short interest could be as much as 85 million shares.

Also, it is interesting the mention of market makers. They have been known to play along, making shares available to cronies for manipulation and shorting. It would not surprise me one bit to find they’re stuck as well. Hence the 85 million share short interest figure mentioned.
