Even FINRA recognizes and responds to the overused OTC P&D scamming technique of trying to claim "short volume" has something to do with the actual subject, i.e. SHORT INTEREST!

SPRV's reported SHORT INTEREST is now less than a buck! Big shock! The short sellers abandoned SPRV when it first hit .0001 in 2014. Why? Because the share price can go no lower than a bottom of .0001, meaning there is no more money for a short seller to gain here at SPRV.
