Doesn't read that way to me. Retired 6,000,000,000 shares of common stock for restricted preferred shares. It doesn't state how many restricted preferred shares he got. Also this looks like the time when they were reducing their shares from 12,000,000,000 to 500,000,000 so his shares alone dropped the 12,000,000,000 in half.
I don't believe he got 6,000,000,000 preferred stock and it certaily doesn't state that in the PR.
I don't believe this ever took place(opinion). Please show me in a follow-up pr that it did. 12 billion shares were reverse split 80 to 1 leaving 150 million. JMHO
