Yes they started revenue generating this past months & yes they have used the stock to get to where they are those far but are NOW Projecting break-even before year end as sales ramp ^ up! & here the hope Is sales revenue will fund $pctl going forward!
PCTL is a legit company, not a dilution scam. Revenue generation started in 2018 and has grown considerably since then. Expecting much higher revenue in 2020 and nearing or surpassing profitability.
