While this is a definite piss off and I believe wayyyy oversold, had I jumped into cweb under $20 I’d be down huge as well. This sector is fecked right now. It doesn’t matter which stock.

U thought if the person(bruce) held over 10% of shares outstanding they are still required to report. Is this true and does he hold more then 10%?
