Question is, do regular market shares have any voting power?

If the company is entertaining an offer, wouldn't they lawfully be required to submit a Material Information statement?

Wonder if any of this has anything to do with the over-long audit process and continued ridiculous radio silence from IR.

(Interesting note: on OTCMarkets page, under company information tab, they list the MDTR as only have 2 employees (of which i have to assume they are Curt and Shane Fairbrother....)

Sorry, but any buyout of MDTR would be less than a penny per share of MDTR

I am on a few private forums, there is growing sediment of a buyout coming.
