If he sells it to Bushes then they don't collect on their 140M and 150M shares of stock.

More likely Tony would license APPLE RUSH product line and trademark to Bushes.

Also, maybe they will totally discontinue the fruit drink and go alcoholic with HARD RUSH...

All I know is, Tony should be delivering some news here soon because the quarterly report was mediocre in my opinion...
