I checked TD Ameritrade, looks like you’re right. I checked and compared others with OTC and TD Ameritrade and they all were the same. Maybe the shares got returned to treasury.

All company needs to do is update their filings. I'm sure they've been conducting business behind the scenes so there's news as well.

I emailed the OTC to see if they can shed some light on why there is a difference in the OS count in comparison with other brokerages.
