They sort of look like competitors but I do not think they compete completely.

They seem to do more engineering and little recurring revenue. They remind me more of Autopro.

They just bought an electrical engineering firm.



They could be a nice tuck in for mCloud. You do know that mCloud registered a shelf of 200m CAD the other day and Russ said more acquisitions.

I clearly see Russ making us a billion dollar co in 3 to 4 years using both organic and acquistions.
