All they have to do to decrease the A/S is to file an amendment with the Nevada SOS. Same as when they increased it numerous times.

Maria. Thanks for the reply. I know the difference bet. AS & OS & All series xxx. However, AS is the max of all OS & All preferred shares. So they are all in the equation of AS & they should burn with the same RS ratio whatever it is. UNLESS, ahix wants all dhares at 1000:1 or 2000:1 etc then raise the AS to 1B (7.5:1 AS) for more delutions .....just a thought.
