Er...well...not including the 58,215,088 shares the company insiders issued to themselves less than a month after they poofed 3,010,933,956 retail shares into 1,183,107

Insiders always take care of themselves. As you pointed out, they issued themselves all the shares required to safeguard themselves from what they knew was going to be a plummeting stock only weeks after the R/S.
