#1705 RE: Wellwhatdoyaknow #1704

We would have easily broken .28 high and seen new leg if not for the .22 wall, that has been chipped away at. We shd easily get thru those early this week imo. We have a very exciting stock here, still under the radar and Chart shows that most early shareholders from Sept are holding tightly~!
Perfect set up here. PNNX

Ketobaker, that PNNX thought in a better perspective...

Before reading this, understand that these thoughts are in no way an attempt to try to lock up the Float here in PNNX.

I previously stated/posted below... "I truly believe that one of the easiest ways for one to become a multi-millionaire will be to own and hold a fairly conservative amount of shares and then simply wait for the next 3 to 6 months or very possibly less for major growth."
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152318461

Then you asked... "what do you think is a conservative amount, minimum? 50k, 75k, 100k,...?"
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152323511

The thoughts below are just my opinion to further elaborate on those thoughts I previously posted because you asked to help put such thoughts into a better perspective for what could be considered a conservative amount. There is a lot that must be understood to understand my answer for why I believe such.

PNNX has Outstanding Shares (OS) in the amount of 46,057,322 shares... that are made up of 34,497,627 Restricted Shares and 11,559,695 Unrestricted Shares of which 10,130,146 shares are actually in circulation that are considered Held at DTC (Depository Trust Company) as confirmed from below:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PNNX/security

So, this means that 10,130,146 shares are actually in circulation as the maximum amount of shares for retail investors (people like me and you) to purchase. Of those shares, since mid Sep 2019 to Nov 15, 2019, there have been 14,093,340 shares that have traded as can be confirmed from the Volume History link below:
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/pennexx-foods-inc-pn-PNNX/historical/more-historical-data

What this means is that since mid Sep 2019, the entire Float and/or shares held at the DTC for retail purchase has been turned over above the amount of total shares actually existing to be purchased. Considering the move of the stock from .0035 to .28 per share as a high and how it has stabilized here in this area of .20 per share for a little over a month, I think it's fair through logical deduction to presume that well over half of the Float and/or Unrestricted Shares in circulation for retail investors to purchase have been already purchased and are being held by true longs that believe in what's coming.

Only a guess, but by my guess, I believe that 75% of the 11,559,695 Unrestricted Shares have been purchased to be taken out of circulation based on where the stock has stabilized in this current area. This means that 8,669,771? shares have been purchased to be taken out of circulation or out of the open market. This also means that there are only roughly around 2,889,924 shares remaining that are available that exist to be purchased out of the open market.

This is very powerful in my opinion because one would have to ask oneself... Do you believe that more investors will learn about PNNX and see its potential? My answer is a very strong... YES! With this in mind, let's say that only 100 investors within this huge market of millions of investors learn what we have learned about PNNX as a great investment over time. Let's presume that each buy 100,000 shares a piece. That would equate to the amount of 10,000,000 shares purchased. The problem is that there are definitely not 10,000,000 shares in circulation within the Float that are available to buy. Even as another example... Let's say that only 50 investors within this huge market of millions of investors learn what we have learned about PNNX as a great investment. Let's presume that each buy 100,000 shares a piece. That would equate to the amount of 5,000,000 shares purchased. Again, the problem is that there are definitely not even 5,000,000 shares in circulation within the Float that are available to buy.

Another important question to ask. What if any one of those investors decide to buy some amount more of shares such as 200,000 or 500,000 or 1,000,000 shares? The lack of shares available within the market would be compounded. This is why I believe that anyone selling here down at these levels compared to the dollars that I believe it will be in the future truly does not have a clue for what they are holding. I like this "subliminal" post courtesy of oldguy which provides some great food for thought regarding what I believe is his story of buying only 50,000 shares of PNNX based on his McDonald's story for being the reasons why he bought only 50,000 shares of PNNX:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152229530

This means that if any kind of substantial news is released, beyond the substantial news that have already been released, then it is fair to expect to see basic "Supply vs Demand" factors to kick in to move the price to some tremendous levels of growth. This is why I previously stated/posted... "I truly believe that one of the easiest ways for one to become a multi-millionaire will be to own and hold a fairly conservative amount of shares and then simply wait for the next 3 to 6 months or very possibly less for major growth."

Based on doing my own research (some I have posted) and based on much that I have learned (some of which the company is not aware of me learning), I truly believe what I stated above. Before reading any further, understand that this is not about me and has nothing to do with me, or with any of my past successes or failures within the market because PNNX will mature based on its own merits with or without me or anyone of us here as shareholders. I suggest all to simply do their own DD (Due Diligence) to learn about the potential here with PNNX. I think people will learn as a minimum these things below from posts, links, PRs, and more of which all have been posted within this forum:

1 - PNNX Chief Technology Officer, Vincent Risalvato, sold his company to Paul Allen of Microsoft.

2 - Vincent Risalvato stated in a YouTube video that this has the potential to be a billion dollar company.

3 - PNNX has a Tax NOL (Net Operating Loss) of approximately $34.9 Million of which is part of the reason why the company went back to file all of their tax returns and financial reports dating back from 2003 to date to be able to preserve that Tax NOL of approximately $34.9 Million.

4 - With an OS of 46,057,322 shares, the TAX NOL adds approximately .76 per share in value to future PNNX Earnings. Multiply that by any conservative PR Ratio and that alone makes PNNX worth dollars separate from anything else if they generate any small amount of Net Income to be profitable.

5 - PNNX is 100% debt free and has no convertible debentures, or 504s, and will not entertain any 3(a)10 exemptions, or any other dilutive mechanisms that could hurt our shareholders.

6 - PNNX is fully funded and has no debt.

7 - PNNX forecasts minimum Revenue of over $14,000,000 and over $12,000,000 Net Income as a result of their acquisition of Triple 888’s Logistics, Inc. as their wholly owned subsidiary.

8 - PNNX should generate minimum Revenue of over $28,800,000 of which most will be Net Income as a result of their acquisition of “Your Social Offers (YSO)” as their wholly owned subsidiary.

There is much more, but I think this above is enough for one to research.

So, to answer the question directly, I really have no way of knowing for sure what's the exact amount of shares of PNNX to own to become a multi-millionaire here as a shareholder, but if I had to guess, I would have to presume that somewhere in the area of 100,000 to 500,000 shares conservatively speaking. This would also be based on the patience that one would be willing to execute to determine for allowing the business objectives to maximize with the plan of growth that the company has thus far laid out. Personally, for me, I'll be here for the duration as a shareholder watching it through to maturity.
