And, once again, BioAmber filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the US bankruptcy code. It transitioned to Chapter 15 only because of the Canadian subsidiaries. Had it not been a cross-border case, it would have stayed in Chapter 11, though the judge may have transitioned it to Chapter 7 when the decision to liquidate was made.
