The PRED float still sits at 196 million shares. There hasnt been a change in the float at all.

Its really funny how desperate one must be to read into a typo. The company has not reduced any float. It is common for news outlets and sources to get the float wrong by a bit. In this case you're claiming that the float moved less than 1% LOL. 1% reduction in float! BUY BUY BUY!!! BULLISH!!!!
