And if the letter is actually read, it says specifically they are making an offer of $4.34M for the assets of BioAmber, period. That is the bid that was accepted, and the transaction closed in October of last year. There was no expression of interest whatsoever in the company, and there hasn't been since the SISP had 2 companies that considered it, but chose not to bid.

There hasn't been a single expression of interest by LCYB, KKR, or any other company to purchase BioAmber. Not a single one, not one single link. That is a made up fairy tale, not a shred of truth to it.
