AS stays the same. OS gets divided by probably 300. Your # of shares will get divided by 300. Price of shares will multiply by 300. However, that price will probably only last for a small fraction of a microsecond.
AND, once they do it, you can't sell your existing shares (for 20 days or so until the symbol changes back to SGMD), cause the symbol will get a D on the end of it.......and nobody has SGMDD shares yet.
I'm assuming 1-300 cause they said that was the upper range. It could be less. Doubtful though.
And yes. People will wack out fast.........fwiw.
HOWEVER, this is a Pre-14, which means 'Preliminary'......it won't actually happen until they file a Def-14, which means 'Definite'.......and it has to be approved by FINRA.
Once it shows up on the Daily list, it will happen the next day.....so you have a day to sell if you want.
Trading will probably be Topsy Turvy on Mo.......
