HT, no one can deny the fact that since the price spike around May this year, VSHC (now MVNT) has not been able to hold any gains following a news announcement.
For me, this suggests that "trader's" are taking advantage of any bumps in price no matter how large or small to take profits. This can obviously be very frustrating for investors like me or others on this board who may not be playing this trader's game. I, and I suspect others, are playing a hold and wait game for larger gains.
So what might it take for MVNT to have a sustainable move to higher prices? My guess is that it will take "financially material" news to move MVNT to a higher priced trading range. So what do I mean by financially material news? Imo it could be one of several things, such as the following:
1) Some solid financial history on the private entities being acquired and merged into MVNT. (Meaning mainly revenues, profits, and debt of the so far 3 acquired companies.) This will not happen until a quarterly or annual report is filed that discloses such vital information. Until then all us investors have is speculation and "generalities" like a goal of $100M in revs.
2) Announcement of one or more financially significant contracts.
3) Announcement of one or more significant new acquisitions with some indication of revenues more than $10M. MVNT has already stated that their "plan" includes a second round of somewhat larger acquisitions than those completed in this first stage of growth.
4) One or more joint ventures.
5) Upgrading their status to become an SEC filer. Another possibility that has been suggested by some. (Not really financially material, but important from a "status" point of view.)
6) Upgrade OTC status to OTCQB. (Again, not really financially material, but could increase status and awareness.)
Feel free to add any other financially material announcements to this list. GO MVNT!
